We do not offer rental management: your home stays yours, and we take care of it.

Checks after storms and in winter
After every storm and throughout the winter, we check windows, roof, terraces and damp. The report appears in your dashboard.

Your arrival prepared
Heating on, beds made, fridge stocked, terrace ready. Let us know when you are coming, and we do the rest.

We keep your keys safe and accompany technicians, cleaners and suppliers. Nobody enters without your knowledge.

Maintenance against salt and damp
Joinery, sun protection, paintwork and technical systems need more maintenance by the sea. We plan it preventively.

Hedges, lawns and terraces stay immaculate, even in the months you are not there.

Do you manage apartments as well as villas?
Both. From a seafront apartment to a villa in Het Zoute: we manage every type of home on the coast.
How often do you check my seaside property?
We agree this together in your management plan, for example weekly, monthly and after every storm. Every visit appears in your online dashboard.
Can you rent out my second home?
No. HERITUM does not offer rental management. We exclusively look after homes that you use yourself or keep in reserve.
How much does property management on the coast cost?
€95 per hour excl. VAT, only for the time we actually spend on your property. No subscription and no notice period.
